Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to dedicated legal assistance services, digital information products, and physical goods provided by SeniorLegalDesk at seniorlegaldesk.vip.
2. Legal Assistance Services
SeniorLegalDesk offers personalized legal guidance and representation to senior citizens, including consultations, document preparation, and court representation when agreed. Service fees are specified prior to engagement.
Rescheduling: Clients may request to postpone a scheduled service by contacting us no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Subject to availability, we will offer an alternative date within six months without additional charge.
Non-Reimbursement: Once a legal service has commenced or documents have been delivered, the related service fee is non-reimbursable. This policy ensures that allocated time and resources are honored.
3. Digital Information Products
Digital content such as guides, templates, and webinars is delivered electronically upon purchase. Access is granted immediately unless otherwise noted.
Eligibility for Reimbursement: If access is not available due to technical issues on our platform, clients may request reimbursement within seven days of purchase. After access has been used or content downloaded, no reimbursement will be granted.
4. Physical Goods
Physical products are inspected before shipment. Clients have fourteen days from receipt to request reimbursement.
Condition: Items must be returned in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping expenses. Reimbursement will be processed after we confirm item condition.
5. Reimbursement Policy
Requests for reimbursement must be submitted in writing to SeniorLegalDesk. For services, see section 2; for digital products, see section 3; and for physical goods, see section 4.
Method: Approved reimbursement will be credited to the original payment method within fourteen days after approval. Alternatively, upon request, we may issue a credit note valid for future services within twelve months.
6. Changes to Terms
SeniorLegalDesk may amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes on seniorlegaldesk.vip.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
